Shipping and Payment

General information about shipping:
Our folding wheelchairs are shipped free of charge within Switzerland via Spedition Planzer.

Shipping and returns are processed from our central warehouse in Zurich:

The delivery time is 1-3 working days. The wheelchairs are shipped with Spedition Planzer and takes 1-2 working days. Our accessories are shipped with both DPD Express and Swiss Post. With Swiss Post the delivery time is 1-3 working days. We reserve the right to charge shipping costs for spare parts that are shipped separately and have a value of less than CHF 100.

Shipping and delivery do not take place on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

Payment methods: If you select this payment method, the next step will be redirection to Payrexx. Once the required data has been entered there, you will automatically return to this shop to complete the order. By invoice against payment in advance, Twint, Visa, Master, Bitcoin, Card Bleu, Discover, WIR, bank transfer.

Return Policy

The return conditions only apply to Switzerland, as no delivery takes place outside of Switzerland. Returns must be made within 5 working days of dispatch to the address of Stratos Swiss GmbH. The condition of the product must be new and must not show any contamination or damage. Hygiene products such as seat cushions cannot be exchanged. For a return we charge 10% of the invoice value shown on the invoice. And we charge the actual costs we had for shipping to the customer. As well as any shipping costs from the customer to Stratos Swiss GmbH if we incur any.
